Man is it sticky at my house. B - Garden Vegetable Egg Beaters 1/4 cup with cheese      Medium Banana L - Leftover chicken fingers with teriyaki sesame sauce S - Fresh chunk pineapple D - Tilapia with broccoli S - Hood no sugar added fudgsicle No exercise today - puttering around the house do catch-up housecleaning from the week. 64 oz. water Have a nice weekend.
