TGIF!
Feel as though I have spent the week under a full moon! LOL TGIF!
so many wonderful things though have happened: people not recognizing me who had not seen me in while: lovely date with a nice man, and a spur of the moment physical adventure that pushed me past my self imposed boundaries and expanded my confidence base.
I feel so blessed at all the wonderful people, pets, places, events, and things that I have been given.
Tomorrow and going for a 7 mile training walk on the Farmington Canal trail--the half marathon walk is quickly approaching in November.
Enough of my nattering :)
B--2 ounces of left over egg plant parmigana
l--2 ounces of turkey
2 cherry tomatoes
d--3 ounces of chicken
1/4 c. spinach
2 glasses of skim milk, 64 ounces of water, 2 large decaf iced coffees, and more trips to the ladies room than I can count :)

Hi Carol,
Didn't sleep well last night. Tossed and turned and looked at the clock all night. Then had a bad dream at the end of it.
Very busy at work - we are preparing for an ISO audit at the beginning of Oct. Lots to do before then.
I start back to school next week - 3 classes, two are on Monday & Weds. nights and the other on Tues. & Thurs. Will be going into work an hour earlier every morning and using up my lunch hour to account for the time off I need for the classes. Determined to get my degree in May and be done with it.
I love when people don't recognize me.
