B - Garden Vegetable Egg Beaters 1/4 cup with cheese
one banana
L - Smart Ones Chicken and vegetables
S - 1 cup mixed fresh strawberries and blueberries
D - Tilapia filet with broccoli
S - Fresh Pineapple chunks
1.75 miles on the XL Glider
Lift one lb. weights - each arm for 15 reps.
Do 15 minutes on the abs machine at gym on lunch hour.

L - 1/2 wrap with zucchini, portabella, roasted peppers, yellow squash, a slice of ham and munster cheese w/mayo - toasted until crunchy with the cheese melted - very good!
D - about 3/4's of a small cobb salad at Red Robin- mostly ate the avocado, bacon and chicken

no excercise - I'm too exhausted
