Wednesday food log
Guess you all must be sleeping late--boy do I envy you that :)
b--1/4 egg beaters
1/2 onion/pepper mix
L--2 ounces turkey
3 cherry tomatoes
1/4 sweet potato (Liz is making me!--I have been "ordered" to begin to eat some complex carbs)
D--3 ounces of turkey
1/4 c. Quinoa
1/4 spinach
S--6 ounces NF yogurt, 1/2 pumpkin
16 ounces skim milk, 1 decaf iced coffee, 64 ounces of water
will walk for 60 minutes on the treadmill--my goal is 3.8 miles per hour for the duration--the half marathon in Philly is getting here quickly. Then 15 minutes of slow pedaling on the exercise bike to cool down

Busy at work this morning. Had a visit from the CEO Had to act competent - he he.

L - Smart Ones chicken with vegetables
S - 1 cup mixed strawberries and blueberries
D - 4 oz. fish, cole slaw
S - 1/8 slice of melon
1.3 miles on XL Glider
15 minutes on ab machine at gym at work
64 oz. water

D - Turkey sounds good can I come to your house?LOL I've got to get better at planning - lately my husband is on a health kick so he's taken over (he's doing a great job!)..............
No time for exercise tonight - I'm bringing my son to an open house to check into signing him up for gymnastics...........maybe I can run around the gymnastics place a couple times and do an olympic act on the balance beam
