I'm starting finally.
Well, I have been taking my vitamins since Liz told me too. But I have been slacking on my food log and excercising. I started this week with the food log. I remembered to get it out and have it beside the computer where I can see it at all times. Then, I went and bought a new pair of walking shoes. I always thought that walking/running/cross training shoes were a gimmick. But after last night they are worth it. I am not feeling it like I did last time. I also wasn't feeling it last night as I was busting my butt on the treadmill. I also had a realization last time I was at PF. I am there to work out. Working out = sweat. Therefore, I will sweat so get over it. I was always embarrassed before cause I would sweat so I never really worked out that much ****pt my speed on the treadmill slower than it needed to be so I wouldn't sweat). Because of that I didn't feel as good the next day. Keep in mind I am around 350 now but I did a mile in 25 minutes. I was shocked at how fast it can go when you feel good (I swear it's da shoes ) and are watching a cheesey show on VH-1.
I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.

There are no cheesey shows on the tv that can do for you what you are doing for yourself!!! You are such an inspiration...whenever I'm feeling down...I check on Kathy....you ALWAYS cheer me up and keep ME pluggin' along!!!! ~laura
