Light & Fit yogurt and 1/2 cup of strawberries-Cal. 113, Protein 6g (I forgot my breakfast so snack became my breakfast) L - Lean Cuisine Chicken Florentine with broccoli - Cal. 200, Protein 18g S - 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks-Cal. 74, Protein 1g D - 5 oz. fish fillet (eating out at the concert on the green)-Cal. 325, Protein 20g       1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese-Calories 110 , Protein 15g S - Hood no sugar added fudgsicle-Cal. 40, Protein 1g Calories = 862 Protein  = 61g 64 oz. water 2 miles on XL Glider before work. 15 minutes on abdominal machine at gym at lunch.
