I HAVE A DATE

OMG! I never thought this day would come! Almost 5 months ago I started it al... more then once I wondered if ever I would get a date for the surgery and if my insurance would even approve me.... I'm such a worry wart...   but today I get a call from a doctors office........ they refused to leave their name to the receptionist at my job... *sigh*..  I was on a call so couldn't answer my phone and my cell registered it as a SFMC call which could be any of my numerous doctors.... Well I finally got the message, its was Dr. Barba's office... great, bet they have to reschedule my endoscopy that I have this friday which I'm already worried about having done and had to cancel my trip to NYC for cause I want everything done ASAP!

I called them back and OMG!  I've been feeling so down and depressed lately, being the anniversary of my mom's passing this month and having gained back 5lbs and all....  but they just made my day!!!!!!!!!! My insurance company just approved me!  I have a date SEP 24th at New Britain General!  I had hoped for St. Francis however that would require another month of waiting, forget that... I want to be on the losing side and feeling better by my kids birthday and the holidays! I'm excited, scared, elated, so much to do... still have to have the endoscopy, the pre-op class, stuff to buy to stock up at home, things to get ready at home...  LOL... I'm sooo excited.. got me out of my funk!
