Wednesday Food Log
B - Turkey Bacon -Cal.-165, Protein-10g
L - 2 oz. Grilled Chicken - Cal.-100, Protein- 18g
1 cup mixed vegetables - Cal.-150, Protein- 8g
S - 4 oz. Applesauce Unsweetened - Cal. -50, Protein 0g
D - Going out - Don't know yet but I will keep it under 300 calories.
S - 1 cup of Watermelon balls - Cal.- 46, Protein 1g
I gained 1.5 lbs this week - Yikes! I feel very bloated so I'm hoping with all this humidity it is water weight. Anyway, I'm stepping up my accountability with calorie and protein counts. I'm going to try to stay at 850 calories a day this week.
I also joined the challenge on the OH Over Fifty board to up my exercise. 2 Weeks until my next fill. I CAN DO THIS!
