B - 1 cup Cottage Cheese L - 2 oz. Tuna salad with 8 Wheat Thins Reduced Fat Crackers S - Strawberries with 4 oz. Light and Fit Vanilla Yogurt D - 3 oz. Meatloaf, Green Beans S - Watermelon Balls 64 oz. water Have a great day!

Wow!!!  That sounds incredible!!!  My day will consist of liquids and nasty, nasty protein drink....blech!!!!

Hey, How are you feeling otherwise.  I know, I could have cried when I found out how long I would have to do full liquids.  About the third week you think I can't possibly put another protein drink to my lips.  But you do it.  Then starting to eat whole foods is an adjustment period too.  But I'm 11 weeks out today and life is good so you will get there too.  Hang in there. Bev
