L- Tuna, lite mayo, 8 reduced fat wheat thins, dill pickle
S - Watermelon
D - Tilapia, squash
S - Hood no sugar added fudgsicle (I will never tire of these.)
Did a mile on the XL Glider this morning
Did 32 ozs. of water already. Will try to do 76 ozs. by the end of today.
