thanks to everyone for their inspiring quotes. Has been an incredibly interesting week for me full of wonderful new challenges--going "solo" in my new role as a CM for the first time, entereing a wonderful new friendship with a very sweet gentleman, and my trainer Mark is leaving me on my own for 2 weeks while he is on vacation for two weeks!
In the past, these would have all been excuses/reasons to eat myself numb and dumb.
What a difference I year has made, not only physcially but cognitively as well.

B-2 ounces of turkey
l-2 ounces of turkey and 3 cherry tomatoes
d-2 ounces of chicken and 1/4 c. summer squash
s-6 ounces nonfat yogurt, 1/2 c. pumpkin
2-8 ounce glasses of non-fat milk, 64 ounces of water, 1 large de-caf iced coffee
