Hey Michele,
At least you're aware of what needs fixing. I'm afraid of the day I fall off the bandster wagon so to speak. Every diet I have been good on usually lasted six months. Well that's where I am right now. I need to be accountable to someone because I can't trust myself. I'm so lucky to have this CT message board to keep my honest. And help me if I'm not doing so well.
Well, my stomach is growling for some Wendy's chili and I'm visiting a friend with brain cancer on my lunch hour so I better get going.
I want to see some meat on your menu tomorrow! LOL. You can do it.
