What are you eating today?
Keep changing my planned dinner menu from the night before. My husband wants the steak tonight so I make shrimp last night.
B - 1 cup of cottage cheese
L - 1 1/2 eggs with 2 tsp. lite mayo, dill pickle chips
S - 1/2 cup strawberries
D - 3 oz. steak, some green vegetable (probably the big zucchini someone gave my husband)
S - 1/2 Hood no sugar added fudgsicle
Steamy today isn't it? Drink lots of water.
Exercise: Cleaning house - yuk!
