What are you eating today?
Sorry I'm so late this morning. I have a meeting every Friday morning. I had a little change in my menu for dinner last night. I took my final last night in Intro. to Nutrition (my science elective) so we went to Outback for dinner to celebrate that I have a whole month free until I start classes again. I got the BBQ grilled chicken breast with mixed vegetables. Yum.
B - Soft scrambled eggs with low fat mexican blend shredded cheese.
L - 2 oz. left over Outback grilled chicken, 1/2 cup strawberries.
S - Grapes
D - 3 oz. piece of my husband's steak, 1/2 cup of some kind of green vegetable.
8/10's of a mile on the eliptical (I got too hot to finish the mile).
Water - 16 ozs. 30 minutes after breakfast
20 ozs. 30 minutes after lunch
20 ozs. 30 minutes after dinner
