Hi All, Summer must be hard on all the regulars who post what they eat for the day.  Thanks Michelle for getting us going.  This really helps me be accountable for what I'm eating AND it makes me plan out the day.  It's always good to have a plan. HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE. B- 1 cup of cottage cheese with a little pepper. L- 2 oz. meatball with 1/2 cup zuchini and mushrooms with tomato sauce. S- 1/2 cup strawberries D- Wendy's chili S- No sugar added Hood fudgsicle Exercise - 1 Mile before work on eliptical machine.

B - two boiled eggs S - Coffee L - Light wheat bread with ckn, cheese, lettuce, tomato and mustard D - Chicken with Veggies S - Yogurt Going to the gym.... and walking!

Bev, Thank you thank you thank you for posting this.  I do so much better when I post what I am eating. i post the food i ate the day before because I never know what dinner will bring 20 oz. ice tea with equal on my ride into work 16 oz.water load 15 min B4 meals.....

B~ 1 hard boiled egg and 1 slice pumpernickel toast with 1 tsp peanutbutter L~ Ceasar salad with 1.5 oz grilled chicken D~ mixed greens salad with 4 grilled shrimp S~ one small scoop of icecream          Sugarfree, decaff iced coffee with skim milk I did 16 flights of stairs at day job then had night job so no other exercise for me last night.

I plan on having some beef roast, mashed potatoes and califlower for "Breakfast." For Lunch I am going to have 2 pieces of string cheese, some carrots with Italian dressing, and a few crackers, Prolly a salad for dinner from Mc D's after hitting up Planet Fitness after work.

I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.

I havent had the surgery yet but I have been on a diet to get ready I have for breakfest granola cereal 1/2 cup with small glass of OJ and all my vitamens... lunch -chicken salad or if I am not really hungry my protein shake and some fruit supper - depends on what I make for the family if its pasta I have a salad and maybe anther shake trying to avoid pasta, bread, bad carbs.. and lots of water and green tea
