Tuesday Food Log (9 days Post-Op)
Whoopied DOO! Chewable Vitamin and Calcium. Wait 1 hour then had:
B - 1 large soft scrambled egg (I use PAM to fry it) -
Mid Morn - 1 TBS sugar free jello.
L - 3 TBS Chicken Soup Broth (YUM) Mid Day - 1 TBS sugar free jello. - Love the Jiggle! Dinner - 2 TBS +/- Cream of Wheat with Splenda/no milk. Wait 1 hour then take medicine and chewie pepcid. Dessert - 1 sugar free ice pop. Yum Drank 52 ounces of water. Trying to get to 64......Want to float away!
B - Large egg with 1/4 cup low fat shredded cheese (Mexican Blend) in pan with PAM.
L - 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of whole strawberries
S - Sm. bag of soy protein chips
D - Grilled Shrimp and cole slaw
S - 1 no sugar added fudgsicle
1 mile on the eliptical before work. 1 lb. weights on arms - 25 reps. each.
I was afraid to post because I thought it would make you feel bad. It will get better soon.
