WOW is right!  Did you have a lap surgery or a full open one?  Mine was full open and by day two, it was awful.  Thank God for pain meds!!! It'll get easier, believe me.  Keep getting up and walking around...a LOT!  It'll stretch things out and help things heal in there.   Post or email if you need anything. Paula
