I just tried the South Beach Diet Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Kit for lunch at work.  It is good.  The wheat pita chips are good but I was too full to eat them.  It's funny how at the grocery store you say to yourself that is so expensive.  But before my surgery I thought nothing of spending $6-$8 a day for lunch at work while going through one drive-thru or another.  I buy so much less volume of food now that I can spend my money on quality. I hope everyone's summer is going well. Bev

Hi Bev:

That sounds good -- I'll give it a try when I move on to all foods.  Did you have your fill yet?

So, Mrs. MoMar, where did you find this South Beach Diet kit?  I agree with the  "quality" foods.  Recently, I've started buying filets from Outback and getting 3 nice meals out of each one. hugs,  Mrs. MoMar

Hey, to my better half Mrs. Momar, Linduh_M and I chaperoned an 18 day boy scout trip out West.  Her last name used to be Molnar and mine is Martin.  The boys kept getting us confused so they started to call both of us Mrs. Momar. You can find these in the refridgerated prepared foods section where the bacon, prepackaged lunchmeat and pre-cooked chicken/meats are.  At least that is where it is in Stop & Shop.  I think it cost around $3.79-$3.99. Hi Lynn,  Yes I got a 1.5 cc fill on July 10th.  But I still find myself hungry about an hour before the next meal.  So I am scheduled for another fill on August 28th.  I will definitely need it. Bev
