HOT = LOTS OF WATER!!!!

This hot weather dehydrates us very quicikly...and being bypass patients, we're prone to dehydrate anyways...SO, DRINK YOUR WATER! Every time you pass a sink, take a drink! Paula

Paula, Thank you for the post, you are right in this heat we need as much water as we can get. I have not yet had my surgery but am dieting and sipping water daily. also take time to rest from unpacking. Hope you enjoy CT. I live in Enfield and love to shop here. Stay cool KathiM

Hi Kathi, I grew up in Bristol, but have been out of state (from state to state to state with Bob's FAA career) and we're finally back near home.  He actually grew up in Windsor, so, this is really home for him.  But, I got to see my sister 3 times in one week, already!  It's great!  We see Bob's family too, and go swimming at the park and their pool, etc.  We've had and done a lot in just one week!

k guys...I'm kind of concerned about this...my surgery is July 30 lap-rny and we are camping Aug. 10-11....am I going to be able to keep up with the water in  opposed to the water out (hot weather/sweating, etc)??  I'm hoping I will be comfortable enough to go ...even if I do have to spend quite a bit of time in the air conditioned car (yes...I'm a wimp when it comes to heat)......
