Still not quite there yet....

Well I finally finished the nutrion consult (3month) that my insurance required.   I did all the test... Discovered I have a few things I wasn't aware of: Diabetes, Type 2 Sleep Apnea, low oxygen at night and insomnia :P (go figure but the pulmonolgist warned me ... didn't believe him) Low Iron However with all that said we are still moving along. All that we need now is for the psychologist to fax his report to Dr. Barba for them to submit to my insurance company.  I'm anxiously awaiting that... left a voicemessage today and getting nervous I'll encounter hurdles from the insurance company but I'll deal with that as I go along... Quick question... anyone have Dr. Barba's office fax number. I wrote it down incorrectly. I also have another good bit of news...  aside from getting everything done as quickly as I possible can, which still feels like its taking FOREVER! I went from 311 to 290  in 3months with the monthly visits with melissa... I love her.. She's awesome!  I can't say enough wonderful things about her... and she always has a great smile on her face and makes you feel like its all about you and no one else although I know its about every patient... still its a great feeling! THANKS MELISSA! (I've seen ya on here before and you deserve many thanks!)

CONGRATULATIONS!!  the fax number 860-727-0242...I completely agree with you....Melissa is such an asset to the dr's office I hope she is there for a long time!!!  ...I have Dr. Barba too and love everybody in his office.....my surgery for LAP RNY is July 30....so you and I are getting along pretty nicely!  Good luck dear!!
