Friday food log
Thanks Julio. Bow flex huh? I have seen them advertised.....I have a feeling i would end up twisted up in the thing somehow :)
Am putting this in tonight as I most likely will be too sleepy tomorrow am :)
b--1/2 c. egg beaters
l--6 ounces nonfat yogurt, 1/2 c. pumpkin, a scoop of protein powder
d--2 ounces chicken and 1/2 a tomato
s-1/2 c. applesauce
1 c. skim milk, 20 ounces decaf iced coffee, 16 ounces decaf iced green tea, 24 ounces water
Did walk for 25 minutes on the treadmill after work tonight--not as fast as I had been going but it was nice to be back at it again. LOL missed my exercise!
