Wednesday food log
Weeeeeeeeee it is the middle of the week already :)
Was "allowed" back on the leg press machine last night---LOL think my trainer was tired of my pleading looks and heavy sighs ;) Light weight and Mark had me stop when my knee began to feel a bit tight, but it felt sooo good be back working harder on my legs again. Tonight I will be back on the treadmill for 30 minutes besides walking on my break at work.
B--1/2 c. egg beaters
L-1 soy burger and 1/4 squash
D-2 ounces of chicken and 3 cherry tomatoes
S- 1/2 c. pumpkin, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 6 ounces non-fat yogurt
1 . skim milk, 24 ounces decaf coffee, 20 ounces green tea, 48 ounces water

D Mom in law is bring some Sausage and peppers so will have a little of that with a salad.
I picked up a Bowflex Machine a month ago and have been hitting it every other day. Really like it a lot. Take Care all and be well!
