Tuesday food log
Lovely day today.
B--1/2 egg beaters (vegetable)
\L--2 ounces of chicken and 1/2 c. spinach
D--2 ounces of turkey rolled up with a bit of mustard, 1/4 summer squash\
S--6 ounces of non-fat unsweetened yogurt with 1/2 c. of pumpkin, a dahs of cinnamon
20 ounces of decaf carmel coffee, 1/2 bottle of Isopure, 1 cup of skim milk, 48 ounces of water
Not that I am ever hungry, but I have been craving pumpkin and legumes lately--wonder if it si tied to my iron levels being just a hair below normal on my last round of blook work in May.
Amazing how I am now able to distinguish between cravings, real hunger, and cravings. Before the surgery, they were all mone amorphous blob that led to overeating at best and binging at its worst.
