Monday food log
Hope everyone had a nice weekend. Hard to believe it is already Monday and that June is half over! Time flies when you are enjoying life
B- 6 ounces plain yoguret with 1/2 cup pumpkin and 1 tsp cinnamon
l-1 soy burger and 4 cherry tomatoes
d-3 ounces chicken
s-1/2 c. apple sauce
1 large decaf iced coffee, 8 ounces skim milk, 48 ounces water. 1/2 bottle Isopure
Will be back at the gym tonight walking very slowly. Have promised my trainer and my chiropractor NEVER to use the exercise bike again--seems like my meniscus takes exception to it :)
Never imagined I would be going sitr crazy from a lack of exercise :) Just another miracle my RNY has brought into my life.
