I am sorry to hear that you are going through a difficult time. Everything will be fine. Since you just had surgery on your stomach it could be normal to feel that way. Just remember you are trying to heal yourself. Take it easy. One sip at a time. Take baby steps. Don't try to conquere Rome in a day. Is there any support groups you can go to. I know They are having one tonight at middlesex hospital with post ops and pre-ops. Maybe you can get there if someone can drive you. Everyone is really supportive and there are probably going to be people there that will be have been through what you are going through now. Try to find someone you can talk to I am sure it will help. Or keep posting. I am sorry I am not much of a help to you right now since I am not on the losing side till Wed. I wish you all the best. Think postiviley today Have a great day!

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time. I've heard the more stressed out you are the tighter the band can be in some people. Try to relax and concentrate on healing if you can. You couldn't have known you would feel so bad after surgery so don't get down on yourself for that. Give the band some time to do it's thing since it's only been 6 days. Believe it or not there are some of us who are 3 months out (myself included) and still don't have any restriction. This band affects so many people in so many different ways. No one person's experience is the same as the next.
