No, I've used Isopure liquids since the surgery last July. It doesn't take too bad and goes down easily. I have recently used Profect protein beverage which comes in 2.9 oz. tubes meant for traveling... either here or away... Because they are less than 3 oz., they are easy to get down and quick, too. I order them on line and plan on taking them with me to Africa. Each tube has 25 grams of protein and 100 calories. i like to get the protein out of the way.... I don't like the powdered protein and gave all of mine away... Worldwide protein drinks with 35 grams of protein aren't bad either. Good luck.

I tried... it was disgusting... anything milk based... I hated.  Nectar seemed to be the only thing I found that was not half bad.

So far the best tasting whey protein shake I found has been Gold Standard Double Chocolate. You can get it at the Vitamin Shoppe. I put 2 scoops in 1% milk and it's about 55 grams of protein. Since I never really was a big breakfast person, I find that this works well for me. I mix it and drink it on the way to work. Hope that helps :)
