how I plan to spend the long wait....

I made a decision today to spend my waiting time for my surgery date doing something that will mark this journey! I am going to begin a scrapbook and a journal. I will start with my first visit on the 21st and use this to note all my trials and errors, successes and bumps in the road. I will take a pre-op photo and then one every month on my surgery date. I am hoping this will become a tool to use in helping me learn to be a healthier thinner me! That reflecting back on where I have come from, all the hard work, will inspire me to stay honest with myself and committed! I am excited about what this can become. Off to visit the scrapbook aisle at the craft store, Lisa

Its awesome to see a fellow scrapper!! Just fyi...if you have any dollar tree stores...they have quite a bit of scrapping equip; Joanns now carries scrapping loot for a dollar...(they have a few spinnie display thingies that are stocked with them)...I have also found quite a few things in the dollar section of Target...including stamps and stamp pads......ALWAYS check the clearance section of Walmart......and if all else fails.....there is EBAY!!!! By the way, you can get lots of inspiration for layouts on scrapbook dot com in the gallery.....another good site is scrapnsnaps dot com...good luck!! And please display your progress in your gallery....its exciting to see something like this come along!!
