welcome. I am pretty new to the site as well. The board have been a great sourse of support. have you had your procdure or are you still getting there? I am going to be banded on 6/18.

Lap Band on 06/27/07

Hi - New to this board. I am also being banded by Dr. Tishler but at the end of the month. I have to say as the day is approaching i am starting to get a bit nervous. I assume you are already on your pre op diet. how is that going? Good luck - would like to hear from other lap band patients

Hi Matt, Welcome to the CT board. You are going to love your new life with weight loss surgery. I hear 'ya about giving up soda. I was doing 4 cans of diet caffeine free coke a day. I gave it up in January. Unlike you though I still miss it. I haven't had any but I still miss it. I wish you continued success on reaching your goals. Bev
