and already not liking it but I have more will power not to fail at this than ever before. I can tell it is going to be a long 10 days. off to make sugar free jello for one of my treats later. sad when you get excited over jello huh?

Hi Sarah...I have to wait until next month for my liquid diet....just remember...when it gets tough, you have us to lean on!! Make sure you put a few of your protein shakes in the freezer for some variety.....good luck sweetie.....you're almost there!!

At least you only will do this for 10 days. I get to do it for 14 days. Lucky me........... Some have said the first 4 days are the worst

Wow..you know what?? I just thought about it and it is going to really stink for me....it will be summer vacation and all four of my kids will be home.....It would've been so, so much easier if I didn't have to make all 3 meals for them and watch 'em eat.....oh Lord have mercy!!!!
