Wed. food log
As friend of mine would say, I "began the day slowly and eased on back..."
B-2 ounces no fat cheese
l-2 ounces chili
d-1 hard boiled egg and 2 cherry tomatoes
s-1 small orange
Will be at the gym tonight before heading home from work. I am realizing I need to get more sleep, but trying to juggle that in amongst one full-time and 2 part time jobs, lots of travel time everyday, my desire to get to meetings, and my beloved gym time will take some finnagling.
But, I always made time for the food in the past: now I just need to switch the emphasis to more healthy aspects of my life, such as sleep, exercise, meetings, and getting in enough protein.
