Good luck! I'm sure that you will do fine and there is definately a light at the end of the tunnel. A very bright one. You will feel so much better about yourself. One of the things that I did after surgery was put protein powder in lite cream of chicken soup and tomato soup and set it in a baby food warmer to keep it hot as it take quite a long time to eat. The shakes are good but after awhile too much sweet can be hard to take.
