Tuesdays food log
Hi Folks, Woke a little early so Thought I would stop by. Hope Everyone is doing well.
B Scrambled egg with cheese
S Cheese stick
L Turkey Ham and Swiss on a whole grain roll
D Burger with a small salad, No Bun
Still drinking my fill of decaf and Crystal light. Have Been busy at work and helping a friend move so haven't been to the gym as much as I like. Did get a Bowflex and have been using it to keep up on what I have been missing at the gym. Take Care everyone and have a great day! :wave:

b-2 ounces chicken
1-2 ounces chili from Wendys (I just eat the beans and some of the broth)
d-2 ounces of turkey and 3 cherry tomatoes
s-1/4 apple sauce
Meeting with Mark today to have him put me through my paces on the weight machines. Will follow that up with 30 minutes of cardio--if he lets me :) LOL sometimes he takes "pity" on me and lets me have the night off from the cardio.

LOL I am going to begin my training tonight for the Walk From Obesity on Sept. 30, 2007--thanks for posting that Kathy. My goal is to be in the middle of the pack crossing the finish line :)
