protein shakes
I like using the unflavored powder so I can use it and make my own flavored drinks. I also like mocha cappuchino flavor I bought at the vitamin shop. I have one scoop mixed with 8 oz LF milk. If I were you I wouldn't buy too much to begin with because your taste buds may change after surgery. I experienced that. I bought some prior to surgery that I liked, and I couldn't stomach it after surgery.
Best of luck
Sher

Initially post op I used the RTD clear liquid Isopure... watered down!
Then I transitioned into RealMeals. (can be ordered online)
Now I use the Isopure powders (Nature's Best). There are so many options with Isopure.
I like the vanilla, this way I can add any flavor I want.
Here is a great ordering site for Isopure. We use it so much (my hubby and I) that we buy the 8.8lb tubs!

Also, the Pure Protein (comes in a can already mixed) can be purchased at TJ's.
My suggestion is that you determine what you like before buying a ton of any protein shake mix.
good luck with your journey.
