Monday food log
Happy beginning of the week to everyone
Hope you all had a marvelous weekend. Admittedly, I over did it on Saturday: 90 minutes of cardio at the gym then a 7 mile walk--what was I thinking! My calves have been "mooing"
b-2 ounces of chicken
l-1/2 c. chili
d-2 ounces of turkey and 3 cherry tomatos
s-1/4 c. apple sauce w/ cinnamon
Will walk for 30 minutes SLOWLY on the treadmill today to stretch.

Considering I've been getting things stuck on and off for about a week I am eating very carefully - I can't stand that feeling and am so sick of barfing
B - Protein Shake (half of it)
L - Taco Salad
D - Cheese Quesadia maybe
S - Straweberries with lite cool whip
I'll take a walk tonight - the weather looks cooperative!
