Thursday food log
Hi all-
Hope you all made it through yesterdays weather in fine shape.
b-2 ounces low fat mozzeralla
l-2 ounces of chicken
d-2 ounces of chicken
s-1 small orange
2 cups skim milk, 1 large decaf iced coffee, and 48 ounces of water
Will get my 40 minutes of cardio in at the gym--etiher eliptical or treadmill.
Realizing I need to have more "balance": am pushing myself so hard at the gym--far too competitive with myself and not focusing so much on how far I have come (was only walking at 1.5 miles per hour back in November and am now up to 3.5) but rather am thinking about how far I still want to go.
Carpe Diem is the phrase I think I need to keep in mind for today-as well as "One Day at a Time" and heaven knows I need to remind myself to "Keep It Simple."
