Wednesday's Food Log
Morning Folks! Hope everyone is having a good week.
B 1/2 cup Kashi crunch cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk
S 1/2 a Banana
L Turkey bologna and cheese whole wheat wrap with lettuce, tomato and a little ranch dressing
D Turkey burger with a little mashed sweet potato and a small salad.
Decaf and Crystal light to keep hydrated. Have been keeping busy with yard work and on my Bowflex to keep working on these old bones. Hope everyone has a great day!
While I doubt your bones are "old" Julio, I bet they are thrilled with all that you have done for them in the last 2 years and 2 months--or there abouts.
b-1 cup skim milk with a scoop of protein powder in a large decaf iced coffee
1-2 ounces chili
2-2 ounces chicken-3 cherry tomatoes
s-1/4 apple sauce wth cinnamon
Am going to get rid of the "calico cat" look tonight then off to the gym for 35 minutes on the eliptical machine.
Am still overcoming the head hunger and hormonal urgers to dive head first into a box of Junior Mints. I keep reminding myself of how good I feel and that nothing I ever ate made me feel this good about myself and my life.
