Tuesday food log
Good day everyone!
b--1/4 egg beaters and 1 slice no fat cheese
l--2 ounces chicken and 3 cherry tomatoes
d--2 ounces turkey sauteed with 1/4 peppers and onions
s--1/4 apple sauce with cinnamon
2 cups skim milk, large decaf iced coffee, 48 ounces water
Will be meeting with my trainer Mark tonight. I enjoy my workouts with him so much. A waondeful feeling a of accomplishment when my arms and legs feel like jello and I feel that I can't possibly lift another ounce. I have come a long way from my former "Couch Spud Queen" days.
