Monday food log
Happy Monday Everyone
Glad to be through the weekend--had a lot of "head hunger" and all for Junior Mints too Felt like a bad epidsode of Seinfeld ;)
Anyhoo-got through it sans a mint but with a lot of walking and reading down by the wharf in Guilford.
b-2 ounces chicken
l-2 ounces of turkey, 3 cherry tomatoes
d-few strips of lettuce, 2 cherry tomatoes, 1 slice of cucumber, 1 slice of onion, and 2 ounces of chicken
s-1 small orange
2 cups skim milk, large decaf iced coffee, 48 ounces of water
Back to the gym after being "made" to take a day off........grrrr... now that I so enjoy exercising, I find it hard to accept that I need to take a few days a week off of it inorder for my muscles to recooperate. As Mark keeps reminding me, I am not a machine.
Oh well...just another lesson for me to learn in my journey.

1.25 hr yoga at 6 am
30 min brisk walk at noon
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal, sliced strawberry
S - protein shake with 6 oz lowfat milk
water
L - 3 oz tuna, raw veggies, 1 tbls dressing
S - 6 oz yogurt Dannnon Lite n Fit (on sale at SS this week 20 for $8)

b.1 slice whole wheat toast,
XL decaf coffee from DD with extra skim milk
s.kashie granola bar
L.1/2 chicken breast. 1 small container no sugar added apple sauce
24 oz water
S.handful of cashews
24 oz water
D. Big salad with chicken salad (made with fatfree yogurt and light mayo)
No "real" exersize today, just a 1/2 hour powewalk at work.....feel like I needed a little break after this weekend...
