Morning Folks! Looking like a great weekend ahead, Lets hope the weathermen have it right !
B 4oz's turkey kielbasa
S Cheese stick
L Turkey and cheese whole grain wrap with lettuce, roasted red peppers and hummis
S Protein shake after gym
D Friday is cooks night off so will see what the the misses brings home.
Decaf and Lots of water to keep hydrated . Hope everyone has a great weekend!. Thanks for keeping the "Thread" alive Carol! Keep up the great work!

b-2 ounces turkey
1-2 ounces chili
d-1 ounces no fat cheese, few strips of lettuce, 1 cube of ham, 2 cherry tomatoes, 1 slice of cucumber, small onion slice
s-1 small orange
2 cups skim milk, large decaf iced coffee, 48 ounces of water
Hope the weather is nice for all the Mum's out there. Have on my agenda a hike either at West Rock Ridge or Sleeping Giant.
