B-i stick low fat string cheese l-2 ounces chicken and 1/4 summer squash d-2 ounces chicken and 1/4 stewed tomatoes] s-1/4 apple sauce with cinnamon 45 minutes on the treadmill tonight and then half an hour of water walking at the Y Have a great day everyone! Really? Go figure. me... who knew. lesson in this for all of us... WE DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE with our little daily movements of progress. itty bitty as they may seem to us? they make a picture for others... giving hope and possibility. That is what many on the CT message board have done for me.

B: 4 oz light yogurt L: about a cup of cream of chicken soup made with water D: 2 oz pork Btw, the pork was delicious and smelled heavenly. I took a pork loin, trimmed the outside fat. Chopped fresh rosemary and garlic, made a few slits in the pork with a knife and stuffed the rosemary and garlic inside the rubbed the rest all over the top.

I soooo miss pork. Cannot eat it any longer. Gets stuck.
