l-2 ounces chicken and 1/4 summer squash
d-2 ounces chicken and 1/4 stewed tomatoes]
s-1/4 apple sauce with cinnamon
45 minutes on the treadmill tonight and then half an hour of water walking at the Y

B: 4 oz light yogurt
L: about a cup of cream of chicken soup made with water
D: 2 oz pork
Btw, the pork was delicious and smelled heavenly. I took a pork loin, trimmed the outside fat. Chopped fresh rosemary and garlic, made a few slits in the pork with a knife and stuffed the rosemary and garlic inside the rubbed the rest all over the top.
