Friday food log
Near perfect weatiher and Roy Orbison on the radio--now what could be better?
b-2 ounces no fat cheese
l-2 ounces chicken and 1/4 spinach
d-2 ounces of turkey and 3 cherry tomatoes
s-1 small orange
did 50 minutes on the treadmill this am--will be meeting with my trainer tonight, then another 30 minutes on the eliptical, 15 minutes of walking on my break from work.
