One year Bandiversary
One year ago today I was banded - seems like it was only yesterday .
In that year I have lost 92 lbs.
It has been quite an interesting year. Would I do it again - in a heartbeat. This is the single best thing I have done for myself.
I know I dont post often but check in frequently to see how every one else is doing - Thanks everyone for all the encouragement and help throughout the year

hi , i was looking back on some old post thougth you could give me some tips i was banded on 11/28 /06 and have only lost 43 i have a fill of 2.5 now . hope you can help thanks deb .cole 
WOW..92 POUNDS!! CONGRATULATIONS!! What a terrific gift to yourself....I bet you could write a book with all of the emotions you must be feeling right now.....again...congratulations!!
