I love May... was born this month and love the beauty, newness and hope if presents.
EXERCISE
1 Mile Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band Tape, 20 mins.
Noon - 20 min brisk walk with my coworkers before lunch.
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal, slice strawberry
S - 1/4 c cottage cheese or 3-6 oz Dannon Lite n Fit Yogurt
WATER
L - 3 oz turkey/chicken rollups, raw veggies, lowfat dressing to dip in.
WATER
S - Protein Shake with 6 oz soy milk
WATER
D - Soup, added protein

Towanda - Thank you for the food and exercise log. It is always helpful for new people to get idea's from those who have been there. I was also wondering what happened to Julio I know both of you would post food logs but have not seen anything from Julio since last friday. Hope things are doing well for him. Ah the world is blossoming--went for a 4 mile walk in West Haven on the baord walk by Savin Rock. Amazing to****ch the clouds roll in--a blessing to behold.
b-1 low fat mozzerella stick
l-1 vegan burger and 1/4 summer squash
d-2 ounces chicken and 3 cherry tomatoes
s-small orange
2 cups skim milk, large decaf iced tea, 48 ounces of water\
Am taking it easy today--worked out with my brainer yesterday as well as walking 30 minutes in the am, 20 minutes in the afternoon, and than a little over an hour at night under the night sky.

L 4oz's meatballs in sauce
S Slice of ham with some hummis rolled up
D Turkey kielbasa and a small salad
Decaf and crystal light to drink. Arm is feeling better to went to gym . Took it easy on the arm but was so glad to get back at it! Hope everyone had a great day!
