2 Mile Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band Tape, 30 mins.
Have been doing Yoga at the gym (yes me the gym!) .... LOVE IT!
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal, slice strawberry
S - 1/2 c cottage cheese
WATER
L - Minestrone Soup with 1+ oz chicken sausage/meatless meatball from TJ's
WATER
S - Protein Shake with 6 oz soy milk
WATER
Incase? - 6 oz Dannon Fit n'something Yogurt (always take yogurt in case I am tense at mealtime... this goes down easliy)
Not sure on Dinner yet...
Today we go to a funeral for a 10 yr old girl who lost her battle with cancer last week.
How very grateful we might be, even with our individual struggles... to have a chance at life each and every day. Hug somebody you love today.
As a cancer survivor, this again makes me so grateful.

Was at the gym yesterday and today -- 50 minutes yesterday and 30 today since I am meeting wtih my trainer tonight.
B-2 ounces no fat cheese
l-2 ounces chicken and 3 cherry tomatos
d-2 ounces veggie chii
2-small orange
2 cups skim milk, large decaf iced coffee, 48 ounces of water
