FCB Patients- buddy program?

HI everyone- a question for you Fairfield County Bariatrics patients, is anyone here going to be part of the Bariatric Buddy program that they're creating? I signed up and the training is in May sometime at St V's (the date escapes me right now). Just wondering if anyone is going to be there too... would love to meet some of you! Lisa

Hi Lisa, I haven't heard about the program - maybe it is because I have not been to support group meetings in a while. I go to the one in New London because I am so far from ST. V's. Can you tell me how you learned about it so I can call and find out about it? Thanks! Nancy

Hey Nancy, They actually sent a letter out to all of their patients. You might want to drop Danielle a note and let her know you didn't get one. The buddy program is a great idea, and since they have the satelite office in New London, you wouldn't have to travel very far to be a buddy! Jen

I am part of there buddy program. If you call the office they will set you up with the information and give you a buddy. Nikki
