Monday food log and adventure journal
Ah what a lovely day--the sublime weather continues unabated!
I got some unexpected exercise this am: locked my keys in the trunk of my car and had to climb in my bedroom window to get back into my house! What a difference 230 pounds lost can make: it was so much easier compared to a year and a half ago when I locked myself of to the house and had to crawl through the same window
Had to wait 45 minutes for the locksmith, so I took a nice walk for extra exercise. Yes Me: the original couch potato actually wanting to do extra walking because I had the time. Still think Dr. A worked on more than my body
B-2 ounces of chicken
l-3 ounces vegan chili
d-2 ounces chicken aNd 2 cherry tomatoes
s-1/4 applesauce
2 cups skim milk: large black decaf iced coffee; 48 ounces water
will go for a walk on my break from my evening job and then head off to the gym after that for 45 minutes on the eliptical or treadmill.
Did the MS walk on Sunday--5 miles and had a lovely time for good cause.

Had a busy weekend so woke up late!
B 3oz's roast beef, slice of LF cheese wrapped in a whole wheat Tortilla
S small banana
L 4oz's shrimp in a cup of chicken b roth with a little green onion
D Beef and Peppers and Onions Stir Fry over brown rice, a small salad
Decaf and Crystal light to keep Hydrated. Got plenty of excersize over the weekend so taking it easy today! Have a Great Day!
