Morning everybody ! It's Friday! Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! Going to be a Beautiful Weekend! "Enjoy"!
B 4oz's Kashi Crunch Cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk .
S Small Banana
L Tuna fish on rye
P Protien shake after gym.
Decaf and Crystal Light for fluids! Arm is feeling pretty good and really missing the gym so will have at it today! Will try to take it easy! Everyone have a wonderful weekend!

b-2 slices no fat cheese
l-2 ounces tuna with 1 Tbsp. no fat mayo on some lettuce with 2 cherry tomatos
d-2 ounces turkey
s-1/4 apple sauce
2 cups skim milk, large decaf iced coffee, 48 ounces water
Will be worked out by my trainer at the gym followed by 30 minutes on the eliptical machine.
Sunday will be doing 5 miles in the MS walk--wish my success and that I am not the last one over the finish line
