Sorry I'm a bit late! Had to dash into work this morning. B Turkey Bologna and Cheese Roll up S 6 oz non fat free yogert L Turkey and cheese on whole wheat. D 4 oz's baked pork chop with a green salad Decaf and Crystal light to keep hydrated. Still at the Nordic Track. Hoping to get back to the gym this weekend. Really miss it! Have a great day!

Better late than never b--1/4 egg beaters l-2 ounces tuna with 1 Tbsp fat -free mayo on a bed of lettuce and 2 cherry tomatoes d--2 ounces chili s-1 small orange 2 c. skim milk, large decaf iced coffee, and 48 ounces of water 15 minute walk on my break from work and 45 minutes on the eliptical machine at the gym.
