Hi all, Hope everyone faired alright in the storm! I'm starting the plastic surgery journey and am wondering what surgeons in CT people have used? I have Tricare Prime so of couse the list is limited- I am set up for a consult with Dr. Thomson out of New Haven. I've seen one review on him on OH but that is it. I'd be interested in knowing who others have used or if anyone else has used this surgeon... Thanks! Jennifer

Hello there!!! I would reccommend Charles Castigilione. He is at 85 Seymour St in Hartford. He is the absolute best and his surgical scheduler Emanuela will fight the insurance companies until her dying breath to get your proceedure approved. She is great. Sue

Hi Jennifer, I had Colleen Jambor out of Enfield (St. Johnson's hospital in Stafford) The hospital has a website & you can look her up on there. She did a lower body lift/tummy tuck on me in October. She was awesome & I would utilize her again in a heartbeat should I decide more surgery somewhere down the road. She works primarily on breasts, thighs, torso. No arms (that I'm aware of). She has a spa she works out of in Enfield as well. (Does Botox...& all the other fun stuff as well.) She also did some liposuction on my "back bumper" as I had a huge roll of fat that wasn't budging. My back end looks AWESOME...I have a butt at the age of 40 LOL! She did fight like crazy with my insurance however I did wind up paying out of pocket. The whole procedure, her fees, hospital overnight stay, anesthesia..etc...was $7,000 even. Good luck to you & if you need more info give me a holler, Mickey

I'd highly recommend Dr. Charles castiglione as well. I used him and I know others who have or will be using him. He is: 1. Extremely skilled & experienced 2. Very no nonsense & straightforward 3. Willing to work with insurance 4. Hard to get an appt with- so call NOW 5 WORTH THE WAIT. Best of luck to you in your journey.
