Tuesday's Food Log
Morning! Well,it looks like the worst of the rain is over! Yayyyyyyyyyyy!
B 4oz's Kashi Crunch Cereal with 1/2 cup of skim milk
S small banana
L Trukey and cheese Rol up
D 4oz's Sausage and peppers with a small salad
Decaf and water to keep me Hydrated. Still on the Nordic Track till my arm gets back to where it needs to be! Have a great day everyone!
I am feeling extremely blessed today--for many reasons. (hums a chorus of "how dry I am )
b--2 slices no fat cheese
l--1 vegan burger, few srips of lettuce and a small tomato
d--2 ounces chicken
s--1/4 applesauce with cinnamon
2 cups skim milk, large decaf iced coffee, 48 ounces water
Will be having Mark (my trainer at PF) put me through my paces and then 35 mintues on the elliptical machine.
Yesterday, I was called something I have always dreamt of being called:
